RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your traineo RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your traineo page each time they want an update.

Hi Melanie, Looking at your weight, goal weight and progress we seem to be on similar paths. I'm looking for someone to be accountable with and to motivate each other. I found you in the Eating Disorders group and was wondering what your diagnosis is. I have EDNOS, diagnosed last year at this time. Let me know if you'd like to converse. Have a great day! Kimberly
